Judith R. Lawton
Founder and CEO
In 1985 Judy founded TLC Staffing as a small clerical temporary staffing firm and has since watched it grow to multiple branches and divisions providing Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, Direct-hire, Contract and Executive search. In addition to serving as CEO and founder of TLC Staffing, Judy shares her employment and leadership expertise by being the current President of California Staffing Professionals, formerly serving on the Workforce Investment Board as past Chair, currently serves on the San Diego Workforce Partnership Board and the Workforce Advancement Committee, also as past Chair. She is active in numerous organizations including Soroptimist International of San Diego, LEAD San Diego ('94), Women President's Organization and serves on the Board of the Local California Staffing Professionals.
Judy's awards include: The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) "Certificate of Recognition, the San Diego Regional Conference for Women's, "Woman of Distinction", Soroptimist International of San Diego's "Woman of Accomplishment", Enterprising Women's "Enterprising Woman of the Year", was recognized as one of San Diego's 100 fastest growing companies, the recipient of "Women Who Mean Business" award and was recognized as one of San Diego's top "50 Woman Owned Businesses".
Shannon Erdell
President
Shannon has over 20 years of experience in the employment industry and is the author of Temporary Sanity, Managing Today's Flexible Workforce. She has lead high performing teams to implement staffing strategies and has consulted with large and small employers to develop staffing plans to support their company goals. With a focus on local and regional recruitment and employment trends, Shannon has contributed to many major business and employment publications and has spoken at both national and regional levels on the subject of contingent workforce management.
Prior to joining TLC Staffing®, she served as Area Vice President for Venturi Staffing in Southern California and for Westaff in Colorado.
Shannon is a member of San Diego Human Resources Association, North County Personnel Association, American Staffing Association, and Tech America. She is the current president of the San Diego Chapter for California Staffing Professionals. Shannon is also a 2008 graduate of LEAD San Diego, serving on their Alumni Board and she also serves on the San Diego Youth Council, for which she is a former Co-Chair.
Colleen Brunet, CAC, CSP

Colleen entered the staffing world shortly after obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from State University of New York. She joined TLC as an Administrative Staffing Consultant in 2003. Although she has held many different positions in the industry, she is most passionate about recruiting and particularly enjoys helping people with their career development as well as consulting with clients to match then with the right talent that will enable their long-term success.
Sharon Russell, CAC, CSP

Sharon has over 17 years of experience in the staffing industry and has been leading the TLC Staffing® Ontario team since 1997. Sharon is able to quickly understand the needs of our clients and ensure that her team provides a variety of staffing solutions to help them enhance productivity and realization of their company goals. Sharon is very experienced in both contingent staffing and professional search. She believes challenges are opportunities and is committed to excellence.
